Job Overview:
We are seeking a Soft Serve & Soda Fountain "Jerk" to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Duties:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist customers with order placement and product-related questions
- Utilize phone etiquette to communicate effectively with customers
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Perform data entry to update customer information in the system
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Communicate with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively
