Our Daily Bread Ministries is seeking a Project Manager to lead and oversee complex, grant-funded audio and video production initiatives. This role provides strategic project leadership across multi-year media projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals and grant requirements. Through strong collaboration, organization, and leadership, you will help steward creative resources and partnerships that support global Bible engagement and storytelling.
This role is funded through a grant and is approved for a defined period, with funding currently anticipated to support the initiative for approximately four years. Continuation is dependent on future funding availability.

Through strong collaboration, organization, and leadership, you will help steward creative resources and partnerships that support global Bible engagement and storytelling.

What You’ll Do.
- Manage audio and video production projects from initiation through final delivery, including pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
- Oversee post-award grant activities, ensuring compliance with administrative requirements, budgets, and timely reporting.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies while monitoring progress and quality standards.
- Coordinate internal creative teams and external vendors, managing contracts, scopes of work, and performance to ensure accountability and excellence.
- Confirm deliverables meet technical, content, and quality standards; provide project updates and support summative and formative evaluation reporting.
- Participate in go-to-market strategies and contribute to media initiatives that advance the ministry’s mission and global outreach.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent).
- Minimum of four years of progressive project management experience.
- Experience with grant- or donor-funded projects preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of audio and video production workflows.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using project and productivity tools such as ClickUp, Microsoft 365, and Concur preferred.
