A Day in the Life

As a Cushion Regulator, you will:

• Use your hands to fit poly into cut cover, ensuring poly is completely filled into seat, arm and back cover
• Fill fiber into pillow to fit in accordance with quality standards, examining each piece to ensure poly is fit into cover completely
• Make the best use of your time and resources available to complete daily tasks for production  
• Communicate with department supervisor or lead person on quality issues 
• Work closely with other employees on the line to maintain a close team dynamic daily 
• Perform your job safely while following all safety guidelines and keeping work area in a clean and orderly manner
• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor

Pay range is $18.20 - 19.70 / hour.

Salary : $18 - $20
