ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the planning, design, development, testing, and production support of tools, machines, and accessory products for the HVAC/R industry.
This position will provide technical leadership on new product development projects, support existing product improvements, mentor other engineers, and work closely with vendors and cross-functional teams to bring engineering concepts into production-ready solutions.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
* 8 years of progressively demanding experience in new product design & development.
* Experience leading engineering projects and providing technical guidance to other engineers.
* Strong 3D CAD knowledge.
*Experience with Infor ERP.
* EPA 608 Certification.
* SolidWorks experience.
* DBWorks or Enterprise PDM experience.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in reading and writing English.
