Position: Resident Care Assistant (RCA)
What You'll Do:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Help residents with mobility and transfers.
- Answer resident call lights promptly and provide compassionate care.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
- Build meaningful relationships while promoting dignity, independence, and respect.
Qualifications:
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Must be able to work the scheduled midnight shift.
