The Revenue Cycle Coordinator - Internal Relations is responsible for supporting revenue cycle processes by supporting internal onboarding, strengthening internal collaboration, and maintaining payer relationships. Pay Range: $24 to $31.25 per hour
Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to market data, education, experience, qualifications, and expertise of the individual and internal equity considerations.

Essential Functions
Role Specific Functions:
- Acts as the primary coordinator for new employee onboarding and performs necessary pre-onboarding preparation activities including communicating initial instructions, coordinating system access, and workstation setup.
- Assists with payer portal access auditing and necessary actions to add/remove portal access.
- Supports the distribution and communication of reporting insights across internal departments.
- Facilitates communication between internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
- Assists in the preparation of presentations and updates for management on internal relations matters.
- Identifies areas for improvement in internal relations processes and recommend enhancements.
- Stays informed about industry trends and best practices.
- Performs other administrative tasks as required to support the internal relations team.
Minimum/Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in Health Information, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in employee lifecycle management, internal communications, or administrative support is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Skilled in synthesizing a wealth of information.
- Exhibits excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Communicates effectively both one-on-one and in a group setting.
- Capable of following and providing detailed instructions both orally and through written communication.
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, Project).
