Our Billing Co. is seeking a Correspondence Specialist to join our team on a full time permeant basis! The Correspondence Specialist is an important member of Our Billing Team. This individual is responsible for all electronic and paper correspondence. The Correspondence Specialist is responsible for processing and sorting daily paper and digital correspondence while ensuring accurate filing and distribution.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00
Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to market data, education, experience, qualifications, and expertise of the individual and internal equity considerations.

Essential Functions
- Processes and sort daily paper correspondence, ensuring accurate filing and distribution.
- Separates and categorizes digital correspondence for efficient management and retrieval.
- Creates and maintains an organized index for both paper and digital correspondence to facilitate quick access.
- Conducts quality checks on all correspondence and indexing tasks to maintain high standards.
- Aderes to all HIPAA standards.
- Completes other assigned duties to support office operations as requested.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of six months of related experience is required.
- Ability to learn different types of insurance correspondence.
- Exemplary problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Skilled in synthesizing a wealth of information.
- Exhibits excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
- Communicates effectively both one-on-one and in a group setting.
- Capable of following and providing detailed instructions both orally and through written communication.
