Role Overview
As Head of Growth, you will operate as a senior, company-shaping leader responsible for
building and scaling Oumi’s growth engine across both product-led and enterprise motions.
We are looking for a leader who has operated at the intersection of growth, product, and GTM in high-growth startups, ideally from seed through Series A and beyond or similar 0 to 1 efforts.
You will own how Oumi acquires, converts, and expands users — from open-source developers
to enterprise customers — and will work closely with leadership to define both our product-led
(PL) and enterprise GTM strategy.
This role requires someone who is equally comfortable shaping strategy at the highest level and
rolling up their sleeves to execute in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Role Overview

Own the growth strategy
- Set and execute Oumi’s end-to-end growth strategy across PLS and enterprise sales
- Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage opportunities across acquisition, activation,
Bridge growth, product, marketing, and GTM
- Partner deeply with product, marketing, and engineering to ensure growth is embedded
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for both
Build a dual growth motion (PLS Enterprise)
- Design and scale a product-led growth engine: onboarding, activation, usage, and
- Build and refine enterprise-led growth motions: outbound, inbound, sales enablement,
- Ensure alignment and feedback loops between PLS and enterprise GTM
- Help define how we sell and scale a B2B enterprise AI (GenAI) platform
- Refine ICP, use cases, and buyer personas across technical and business stakeholders
- Develop strategies to convert open-source users and contributors into platform users
- Partner with research and community to accelerate global adoption
- Establish core growth processes, metrics, and experimentation frameworks
- Hire and lead a high-performing growth team over time
- Identify and scale strategic partnerships (e.g., cloud providers, AI ecosystem players)
Close the loop internally
- Bring structured insights from customers and users into product, engineering, and
- Ensure tight alignment between growth strategy and product roadmap
- Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in growth, product, or GTM roles, with
- Experience operating at a senior leadership level (Head of / VP / C-level or
- Background in enterprise B2B AI / GenAI products is strongly preferred
- Experience scaling companies from seed to Series A (or similar early-stage
- PLG Enterprise expertise
- Proven track record of building or scaling both product-led services (PLS) and
- Strong understanding of how developer adoption and enterprise sales reinforce
- Product-minded growth leader
