The Role:
Reporting to the Digital Designer and working closely with the Art Director and Brand Marketing teams, this position is responsible for creating engaging assets for all facets of our Digital ecosystem including email, site design, performance marketing, etc that strengthen our brand vision & identity and drive our larger digital marketing strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Create all assets for OUAI’s digital platforms including site, email, performance marketing, SMS and more
- Develop diverse versions of creative content for testing across various digital audiences.
- Maintain the visual appeal of our website, ensuring a consistently captivating experience.
- Design brand pages for our Amazon store and products.
- Create custom web assets as required for digital retail partners in the US and internationally.
- Develop exceptional digital ad campaigns, encompassing multiple formats and creative variations
- Present designs to the Art Director, Digital, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure alignment with digital marketing objectives and brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Project Manager, Art Director, and Digital Designer to meet project deadlines.
- Thoroughly review designs for any errors prior to printing or publishing.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently based on the workload at hand.
What You’ll Bring:

- 2 years of experience in Graphic Design - preferred in the beauty or lifestyle industry
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or 2 years' experience
- Proficiency in Word and PowerPoint on Mac
- Extensive expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.
- Demonstrate a creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
- Possess a basic understanding of HTML.
- Exhibit awareness of UX/UI principles when designing.
- Familiarity with integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience with email client platforms, such as Klaviyo, is advantageous.
- Additional skills in photo retouching would be a valuable asset.
- Annual Base Salary Range is $65,000 - $75,000K (based on experience)
