The Research Program Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Oklahoma City, OK. The coordinator will oversee and manage cancer research programs, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and facilitate communication between teams. Responsibilities include managing program operations, coordinating research activities, preparing reports, and working closely with the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to maintain research integrity.

- Experience in Program Management and Project Management to organize, oversee, and optimize program operations and research processes.
- Proficiency in Research to support and drive progress in laboratory, clinical, or population-based studies.
- Familiarity with Institutional Review Board (IRB) processes and regulatory compliance related to research integrity.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills to manage and evaluate complex research initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Biology, Public Health, or Healthcare Administration) or equivalent experience preferred.
