What will I do?

As an Outbound Specialist/Lead, you’ll ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately, efficiently, and on time. Your main responsibilities include:

• Manage orders: Oversee order flow, prioritize shipments, and generate shipping manifests.
• Lead picking & packing: Train, support, and monitor pickers and packers to meet performance and accuracy standards.
• Ensure proper sortation: Make sure all packages are correctly organized for shipment.
• Prevent and resolve errors: Spot issues quickly, address them with the team, and coordinate with inventory and management.

Hours and pay?

Friday - Monday, 4 x 10 hour shifts. 6AM - 4PM.

During training you will work a typical Monday - Friday schedule in order to learn the necessary skills before transitioning into the weekend shift.

$22.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience

What you bring to the table:

• An eagerness to excel. You don't just want, but need to be accurate, efficient, and organized.
• You're proactive. You come with solutions, not problems.
• You're coachable. You can learn on the fly and only need to be told things once.
• Excellent communication skills that make you the go-to person for help.
• Can easily navigate an iPad and computer.
• Can lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
• 1-2 years of warehouse or fulfillment lead experience is required.
