What we're looking for
Experienced European technician — dealership or independent background. You're strong on diagnostics, methodical in your process, and have real-world depth in at least one of our primary makes. ASE or manufacturer certifications are a plus but not the main filter.
Non-negotiables: cleanliness, disciplined diagnostics, continuous learning, and respect for the people around you. Production matters — but so does how you show up. If nobody wants to work with you, neither do we.
About the operator
OTTO is owner-operated by someone who spent years scaling independent shops — from two locations to fifteen, across multiple states. The systems here are built from that experience. The goal is a shop where excellent technicians can do their best work and take home what that work is worth.
