Job description:
Otto Associates is a consulting firm based in Buffalo, Minnesota, that provides land surveying, civil engineering, and land planning services. We have been serving clients within a 90-mile radius for over 35 years. We are currently seeking to employ a full-time CAD/FIELD Technician.
Responsibilities:
- Perform calculations, design, and drafting (AutoCAD/Civil 3D) for land surveys and development projects.
- Prepare legal descriptions
- Preparation of construction plans, surveys, final plats, ALTA Surveys and calculations.
- Work with Engineers, Surveyors, and other technicians.
Qualifications:
- Excellent AutoCAD/Civil 3D computer skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Valid MN Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and enjoys learning
