Bathroom Remodeling Service Technician Full Time | Production Department | Reports to Production Manager
Are you a skilled hands-on tech who takes pride in quality work and great customer service? Otterly Baths is growing and looking for a Service Technician to join our production team. You'll perform warranty and service repairs on completed residential bathroom remodels — working directly in customers' homes every day.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Service & Warranty Repairs:
Re-caulking showers, tubs, vanities, fixtures Repairing or replacing toilet components
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing leaks
Replacing or adjusting valve cartridges
Shower door adjustments and alignment
Minor flooring repairs
Diagnose root causes — not just surface symptoms Complete small drywall patches and finish repairs Maintain a clean, professional work area
Document all work in the CRM system
Escalate out-of-scope issues to Senior Tech
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Arrive on time, groomed, in clean attire
Treat every home with respect and care
Communicate calmly and professionally
Demonstrate patience and problem-solving Leave every home cleaner than you found it Represent Otterly Baths on every visit
