About the Role
We’re seeking a Head of Finance to join the leadership team and report directly to the CEO. This is a hands-on, strategic role responsible for building and leading the company’s finance function as it scales. You’ll oversee all accounting, reporting, planning, and investor-relations efforts, helping drive the company’s financial strategy during its next phase of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting, ledger, and reporting systems in line with GAAP standards.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Develop and implement strategic financial models to support long-term growth.
- Present financial results and insights to the executive team and board of directors.
- Maintain relationships with investors, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Support fundraising initiatives and capital-allocation decisions, including equity and debt financing.

Requirements
- 5–12 years of progressive finance experience, ideally across startups, investment banking, FP&A, or venture/PE-backed companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
- Strong modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Bonus: Experience in fintech, regulated financial services, or the independent advisory (RIA) ecosystem.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $200,000 – $250,000 (depending on experience, skills, and location)
