Warehouse & E-Commerce Operations Coordinator

This role supports our e-commerce fulfillment operations while also playing a key role in preparing inventory for internet sellers. As you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to take on additional leadership responsibilities by helping coordinate daily warehouse activities and leading product preparation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Process e-commerce orders by picking, packing, and shipping products using our warehouse management system.
• Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customers who sell through Amazon and Walmart marketplaces.
• Follow Amazon's packaging, labeling, and shipping requirements to ensure compliance with marketplace standards.
• Utilize shipping and warehouse software, including ScanPower, to process shipments accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with coordinating daily workflow within the warehouse and provide guidance to team members as responsibilities grow.
• Maintain accurate inventory organization and ensure products are properly staged for shipment.
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize work and meet customer deadlines.
• Adapt to the unique requirements of multiple customers, each with different fulfillment and preparation needs.
• Contribute to a positive, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, logistics, or e-commerce operations is preferred but not required.
• Comfortable using computers and technology, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Positive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating with others.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
