MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Otter Tail Power Company has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at the Big Stone Plant near Milbank, SD.
We are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance and utility personnel, plan and schedule mechanical work, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. This role includes managing budgets, maintaining equipment records, ordering parts, supervising contractors, and supporting plant operations during scheduled rotations.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of plant operations, mechanical principles, safety standards, and environmental regulations, along with proficiency in computer applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
We offer a competitive wage and benefit package. The expected base compensation for this role is $107,000 to $134,000. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
