Salary Range: $140,000 to $175,000 USD per year.
This salary range represents the low and high end of the estimated salary range for this position. The actual base salary offered for the role is dependent on several factors. Our base salary is just one component of a comprehensive total rewards package.

Your impact
- Develop, design, and execute comprehensive performance testing strategies for Web, API, and Mobile applications.
- Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring system scalability and reliability.
- Automate performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Conduct load and stress testing to simulate real-world usage and identify system limits.
- Analyze performance test results, provide detailed insights, and recommend optimizations.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines for early detection of performance issues.
- Document test plans, methodologies, and results for stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Has 5 years of experience in performance testing with a focus on automation, load testing, and stress testing.
- Is proficient in tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or similar performance testing frameworks.
- Has strong experience with Python scripting to develop automated performance tests.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of system performance metrics, including latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Can work with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, New Relic, or Grafana to analyze system performance.
- Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify performance bottlenecks.
- Excels in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and DevOps.
- Possesses excellent communication skills to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
