Our OtoSet Ear Cleaning Studios (otoset.com) provide patients with professional, effective earwax removal. This is an exciting opportunity to join a commercial-stage startup poised for rapid expansion, and to change the lives of clients for the better.
The Role
SafKan Health is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist with strong patient care experience to join our team. This role focuses on direct patient care, providing cerumen management and ear care support powered by OtoSet® in our company-owned studios. As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play an integral part in delivering quality treatment to new and returning patients, utilizing our innovative technology.
While patient care is the primary focus, Clinical Nurse Specialists will also support studio operations and the development of our delivery model. Responsibilities may include providing in-studio and event-based product demonstrations, sharing client feedback, and contributing to process and product improvements. Clinical Nurse Specialists will work closely with the operations team to refine and enhance the clinical experience.
This is a part-time RN role (3 days/week).
Key Responsibilities:
- Passion and excitement for advancing SafKan Health’s mission to create a new category in healthcare dedicated to ear care
- Develop expertise in providing patient care powered by OtoSet® and all methods of cerumen management.
- Guide clients with suspected hearing loss to seek appropriate follow-up care.
- Contribute to studio improvements and client retention initiatives.
- Conduct live product demonstrations for studio partners and at events.
- Take part in local marketing opportunities to help develop a growing studio.
- Identify client journey pain points and support adjustments for optimal care.
- Collaborate across teams to refine client care and service strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in nursing or similar.
- 3 years of direct patient care experience in primary care, urgent care, or similar settings (preferred).
- Skilled in cerumen management with a strong focus on patient rapport (preferred).

- Cleared background check; confirmed zero criminal record.
