Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with placing To-Go orders via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
- Accurately take and input orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all details are correct
- Prepare and package food orders efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation
- Manage order pick-up areas, ensuring guests receive their orders promptly and correctly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the To-Go station, including packaging supplies and order areas
- Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions or concerns professionally and courteously
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders and resolve any issues that may arise during service
Experience
- Previous host/hostess experience or food service background is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with restaurant POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality standards, including guest relations, serving, and hotel experience, enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and guest services ensures a welcoming experience for all visitors
