[포지션 요약]

본 포지션은 회사의 신규 공장 건설 프로젝트 및 향후 생산 운영을 지원하기 위해 설비, 원자재, 서비스 전반에 대한 조달 실무를 담당합니다. 팀의 전략적 방향성 하에 공장 건설 단계의 요구사항과 운영 단계의 비용 효율성 및 공급 안정성을 이해하고, 핵심 조달 프로세스를 펑크 없이 꼼꼼하고 책임감 있게 실행하는 역할을 수행합니다.

[주요 업무]

1. 공장 건설 단계 (Construction Phase)

• 공장 설비, 생산라인 기계, 시스템 조달 실무 지원
• 설비업체/벤더 견적 확보, 비교 분석 및 협상 지원
• 공장 설립 일정에 맞추어 구매 계약 검토 지원 및 발주 & 납기 관리(트래킹)
• 프로젝트 관련 업체 대금 지급 검토 (Invoice verification, payment support)
• 국내/외 장비 조달 및 제반 작업 지원 (납기 관리, 검수, 워런티 대응, 정산 등 후속 작업)

2. 공장 운영 단계 (Operation Phase)

• 원재료(식품 원료), 포장재, 운영 관련 용품 소싱 및 재고 관리
• 팀 가이드라인에 따른 구매 계약 및 가격 협상 지원 (원가 절감 및 수급 안정성 확보)
• 신규 공급사 발굴 및 개발 조율, 기존 공급업체 관계 유지
• Vendor 관리 및 모니터링 (납기, 품질, 대응력 등)
• 스펙에 맞는 재고 확보 및 관리, 대외 원료 수급 상황에 따른 구매 계획 조정 지원
• 수입 원자재 관련 통관 및 대외 기관 요청 준수 관리/서류 팔로우업 (FDA, USDA 등)
• 공급망 리스크 관리 (납기 지연 및 품질 이슈 빈도에 따른 리스크 사전 모니터링 및 이상 징후 보고)
• 내부 품질/생산 팀과 협업하여 원료 스펙 Conformity(부합 여부) 관리

[필수 역량 및 지식 (Required Skills & Knowledge)]

• ERP 시스템 (SAP 또는 유사 시스템) 기본적 활용 능력
• Excel 활용 능력 (기본적 데이터 분석 및 정리)
• 공급업체 협상 및 계약에 대한 기본적 이해
• 공장 설비, 장비, 원자재 조달에 대한 기본적 이해
• 국제 물류 및 무역 실무 기본적 지식 (Incoterms, 통관 등)
• 기본적인 기술 문서 이해 능력 (도면, 사양서 등)
• 한국어/영어 커뮤니케이션 능력 (한국 본사 및 해외 공급사 대응 필수)

• 계약서 분석 및 조항 이해 경험자 우대

[Position Summary]

This role is responsible for supporting procurement activities across both the construction and operational phases of the manufacturing facility. Working under the strategic guidance of the team, this position requires the responsible execution of core procurement tasks, ensuring cost efficiency and supply stability from project-based setup to operational maintenance.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Construction Phase

• Support the procurement of factory equipment, production line machinery, and facility systems.
• Secure, evaluate, and compare vendor quotations; assist in negotiation processes.
• Review purchase contracts and track orders & delivery schedules aligned with the factory construction timeline.
• Perform invoice verification and provide payment support for project contractors and vendors.
• Assist with domestic/international equipment logistics and post-procurement tasks (lead-time management, inspection, warranty claims, and final settlements).

2. Operation Phase

• Source and manage inventory levels for raw materials (food ingredients), packaging materials, and operational supplies.
• Support purchase contracts and price negotiations under team guidance (to achieve cost savings and ensure supply continuity).
• Assist in identifying and developing new suppliers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors.
• Monitor and manage vendor performance (lead time, quality, responsiveness, etc.).
• Secure and manage inventory to meet specifications; support the adjustment of purchasing plans based on global raw material supply conditions.
• Manage customs clearance documentation for imported raw materials and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities (e.g., FDA, USDA).
• Monitor supply chain risks (proactively identify and report potential risks based on the frequency of delivery delays and quality issues).
• Partner with internal Production and QA teams to manage raw material conformity to established specifications.

[Required Skills & Knowledge]

• Basic proficiency in ERP systems (SAP or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for basic data analysis and organization.
• Fundamental understanding of supplier negotiations and commercial contracts.
• Basic understanding of factory equipment, machinery, and raw material procurement.
• Foundational knowledge of international logistics and trade terms (Incoterms, customs clearance).
• Ability to understand basic technical documents (drawings, material specifications, etc.).
• Bilingual communication skills in English and Korean (required for effective coordination with Korea HQ and overseas suppliers).

[Experience & Qualifications]

• Experience Level: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required; 3 years of experience is preferred.
• Experience in the food manufacturing industry (e.g., noodle factory) or facility construction/expansion projects is preferred.
• Experience in global sourcing and international supply chain management is preferred.
• Experience in reviewing and understanding commercial contracts is preferred.
