OTMC Exterior Cleaning is hiring a motivated Crew Member to join our growing exterior cleaning company serving the South Shore and surrounding Massachusetts areas.
We specialize in high-end exterior cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, professional, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities
- Operate pressure washing & soft washing equipment
- Work safely on ladders and roofs
- Perform exterior cleaning services at residential & commercial properties
- Load/unload equipment and maintain a clean work vehicle
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift equipment and work physically throughout the day
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required)
- Ladder experience
- Mechanical or small engine experience
- Experience with pressure washing or exterior cleaning
- Construction or roofing experience
