In deze rol speelt u een sleutelrol in het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid van de financiële processen en de naleving van fiscale verplichtingen en interne controles. U werkt zowel op strategisch als operationeel niveau, in nauwe samenwerking met het Finance-team. Uw verantwoordelijkheden: Toezien op en waarborgen van fiscale compliance (belastingen, bijdragen, wettelijke verplichtingen) Deelnemen aan interne audits en coördineren van externe audits Toezicht houden op de naleving van interne procedures en SOX-normen Opstellen en verbeteren van interne controleprocedures Identificeren, analyseren en corrigeren van financiële afwijkingen Toezien op de kwaliteit van de boekhoudkundige gegevens (algemene boekhouding) Werken met tools zoals Excel, BlackLine en BAAN Samenwerken met de business om processen te begrijpen en verbeteringen voor te stellen Uw profiel: Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in finance, audit, controlling of fiscaliteit Goede kennis van interne controleomgevingen (SOX) Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail Nauwkeurig, proactief en in staat om bestaande processen kritisch te benaderen Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en teamgericht Goede kennis van Engels en Frans en/of Nederlands Wat wij bieden: Een aantrekkelijk salaris, in lijn met de markt Maaltijdcheques van €10 per dag Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering Jaarlijkse bonus op basis van prestaties 32 vakantiedagen 13e maand en dubbel vakantiegeld Forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding iPhone met abonnement en laptop 2 dagen telewerk per week FR : Dans le cadre de l’évolution de nos activités et du renforcement de notre équipe Finance, nous recherchons un(e) Tax & Controls Manager BeLux. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fiabilité des processus financiers et le respect des obligations fiscales et des contrôles internes. Vous interviendrez à la fois sur des sujets stratégiques et opérationnels, en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe Finance. Vos responsabilités : Superviser et garantir la conformité fiscale (taxes, contributions, obligations légales) Participer aux audits internes et coordonner les audits externes Assurer le respect des procédures internes et des normes SOX Mettre en place et améliorer les procédures de contrôle interne Identifier, analyser et corriger les anomalies financières Contrôler la qualité des données comptables (comptabilité générale) Travailler sur des outils tels qu’Excel, BlackLine et BAAN Interagir avec le business pour comprendre les opérations et proposer des améliorations Votre profil : Minimum 5 ans d’expérience en finance, audit, contrôle ou fiscalité Bonne connaissance des environnements de contrôle interne (SOX) Capacité d’analyse, esprit critique et sens du détail Personnalité rigoureuse, proactive et capable de challenger les pratiques existantes Aisance relationnelle et capacité à collaborer avec différents interlocuteurs Connaissance et maitrise de l’Anglais et Français et/ou Néerlandais Ce que nous offrons : Un salaire attractif conforme au marché Des chèques repas de 10 euros par jour Assurances groupe et hospitalisation Bonus annuel sur base de vos performances 32 jours de congés payés 13ème mois et double pécule de vacances Des frais forfaitaires Un Iphone avec abonnement ainsi qu'un laptop 2 jours de télétravail par semaine If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
