GoVine Insurance is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Director to lead and scale our Medicare sales organization.
What we’re looking for:
- 5 years of Medicare sales/distribution experience
- Senior leadership experience with a carrier, FMO, or large Medicare agency
- Experience managing 100 licensed agents and multiple sales managers
- Proven ability to scale to 200 productive agents
- Deep experience in recruiting, onboarding, licensing, training and agent ramp up
- Strong Medicare call center leadership experience
- Expertise in AEP/OEP planning, carrier readiness, commissions, overrides, chargebacks, effectuation and retention
- Ability to improve agent retention, productivity, onboarding efficiency and workforce planning
- Data driven leadership across KPIs, close rates, CPA, productivity, quality, and turnover
- Strong Medicare compliance and quality control background
- Established relationships with carriers, FMOs, managers, and high producing agents
- Ability to lead and develop our existing Sales Director and sales leadership team
