Essential Responsibilities
- Facilitate connection of prospective clients to vocational programming and employment/internship opportunities.
- Manage the triaging and prioritization of vocational referrals.
- Meet regularly with primary case management teams and other stakeholders to ensure continuity, provide solution-focused feedback to address obstacles, and identify potential supports to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Manage the utilization of the Vocational Skills Center including class scheduling, partner coordination, and monitoring facility needs.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with vocational partners. Establishing responsive communication pathways, being attentive to partner concerns, and collaborating to identify workable solutions.
- Keep accurate records and submit data in a timely manner aligned with organizational standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to collect, track, and organize data reflecting key performance indicators and assist with completion and submission of performance reporting for relevant grants and contracts.
- Lead project implementation for vocational programming at the Skills Center and in other areas. Continuously monitor and evaluate program effectiveness; collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement quality improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure financial management of program expenses and alignment of those expenses with the program budget.
- Create and maintain program manuals, program agreements, and other vocational documentation.
- Collaborate with internal TOOF service providers to identify and break down barriers to vocational goals.
- Communicate barriers, challenges and successes with external and internal stakeholders and help to identify and deploy solutions to vocational programming implementation and success.

Employment Status and Schedule
Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Monday – Friday 8am – 8pm (8 hour shift between these hours. Occasional evening to accommodate Skills Center training). Occasional weekends may be needed. Shift differential of 10% compensation for hours worked between 7pm-7am weekdays, Saturdays and Sundays

Minimum Qualifications and Skills
- 1 year of experience in social work, social services, community services, vocational training, or similar
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License and ability to be insured by our carrier
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends occasionally
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
- Experience with data entry systems such as Apricot or HMIS
- Experience with vocational evidence-based practices such as Individualized Placement Support

Job Summary
The Vocational Services Coordinator is responsible for overseeing, facilitating, and coordinating vocational programming. This role is responsible for coordinating with community partners and vocational stakeholders, entering data to monitor outcomes and deliverables, and facilitating daily operations for the Vocational Skills Center at the Esperanza Community. Additionally, this position will play a key role in the continued development, implementation, and refinement of program services and operations in collaboration with the vocational development services team.
