Role Description
This is a full-time in-person role for an Asset Management Analyst or Associate at OTH Capital. The position will support the asset management team in executing asset business plans, monitoring portfolio performance, and successfully managing the relationships with key vendors and stakeholders. This role offers significant growth opportunities within the firm, providing a pathway for career development within real estate.
Duties:
· Monitor asset performance, measuring against pro forma, budget, and market benchmarks
· Identify trends in property submarkets, identifying potential impacts on property business plans
· Prepare and aggregate reporting for partners, lenders, and other stakeholders
· Communicate business plan objectives with property management partners
· Assist in the internal auditing of property-level financial reports before delivery to investors
· Manage the accounting of capex improvements, facilitating the draw process with investment partners
· Prepare annual Property budgets and forecasts for investments
· Support acquisition and disposition initiatives, including diligence, financing and closing
· Manage ad valorem tax administration, including appeals and compliance
· Maintain overall accountability for the financial performance of each asset in the portfolio
Compensation and title will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Experience and Qualifications:
· At least two years of multifamily investment experience
· Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, or related field
· Superior work ethic and initiative, with ability to oversee multiple projects
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
· Excellent communication skills and ability to present information concisely and effectively
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Role requires up to 25% travel
