Competitive Pay:
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $30/hr. to $45/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform assembly/disassembly of rotating equipment, including pumps and motors.
  • Install seals and packing, and recommend repair solutions based on equipment condition.
  • Execute equipment start-ups and commissioning for industrial and water/wastewater systems.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, gearboxes, motors, and related equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair basic mechanical issues to maintain reliable operation
  • Conduct vibration analysis, PdMA testing, and infrared (IR) testing on equipment and control panels.
  • Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical systems and assist with installation of electrical equipment.
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
  • Perform precision alignments to support equipment reliability.
  • Work directly with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions.
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Shop teams, and Sales to support customer needs.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Respond to service calls, including occasional after-hours or emergency work.

What You’ll Need:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with strong mechanical aptitude.
  • 3–5 years of experience in rotating equipment repair, maintenance, or field service (preferred, not required).
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting (AC/DC).
  • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
  • Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (non-CDL).
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Willingness to travel occasionally and respond to after-hours service calls.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
  • Bonus: Experience with vibration analysis, PdMA testing, or infrared diagnostics.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with alignment tools and reliability best practices.
