Competitive Pay:
This position offers an hourly wage ranging from $30/hr. to $45/hr., depending on experience and qualifications.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform assembly/disassembly of rotating equipment, including pumps and motors.
- Install seals and packing, and recommend repair solutions based on equipment condition.
- Execute equipment start-ups and commissioning for industrial and water/wastewater systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance on pumps, gearboxes, motors, and related equipment.
- Diagnose and repair basic mechanical issues to maintain reliable operation
- Conduct vibration analysis, PdMA testing, and infrared (IR) testing on equipment and control panels.
- Troubleshoot AC and DC electrical systems and assist with installation of electrical equipment.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform precision alignments to support equipment reliability.
- Work directly with customers to explain findings and recommend solutions.
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation of work performed.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Shop teams, and Sales to support customer needs.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Respond to service calls, including occasional after-hours or emergency work.
What You’ll Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent with strong mechanical aptitude.
- 3–5 years of experience in rotating equipment repair, maintenance, or field service (preferred, not required).
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting (AC/DC).
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate (non-CDL).
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Willingness to travel occasionally and respond to after-hours service calls.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Bonus: Experience with vibration analysis, PdMA testing, or infrared diagnostics.
- Bonus: Familiarity with alignment tools and reliability best practices.
