What You'll Do
As part of our installation team, you'll play a key role in setting up our DirectAIR® sites. Your responsibilities include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Collaborating with outside contractors to complete modules efficiently.
- Installing piping systems, air compressors, and associated equipment.
- Mounting dampers, ductwork, and compressor accessories.
- Cutting and installing prefabricated wall and roof panels per drawings.
- Trimming openings, doors, and roofs.
- Installing condensate tubing systems.
- Finishing concrete floors and bases.
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
- Delivering top-notch customer service and professionalism to customers, vendors, and coworkers.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

- Mechanical aptitude – if you have the ability and interest, we'll provide training and help you develop your skills.
- Experience using tape measures, hand tools, and power tools (preferred but not required).
- Ability to read drawings and schematics (or willingness to learn).
- Willingness to travel (approximately 65–85% travel required).
- Ability to work overtime, including weekends when needed.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
- Good interpersonal and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with team members, customers, contractors, and vendors.
