Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Lancaster, PA, for a Mobile Service Technician. The Mobile Service Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles and equipment, diagnosing issues, and ensuring the operational readiness of client fleets. Additional duties include adhering to safety standards, maintaining service records, and providing excellent customer service. The role requires flexibility to perform tasks both on-site at client locations and in the company’s repair facility.
Qualifications
- Experience in vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and repair, including equipment.
- Strong mechanical and technical skills for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and adherence to industry-standard practices.
- Ability to maintain detailed service records and use relevant tools and technology for documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate service vehicles; DOT Medical card required
