Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the Otava RF lab in Moorestown, NJ
· Collaborate with Otava RF design teams to prepare for and execute test
· Learn about our products and their applications to develop test software designed to control our products and automate test measurements
· Troubleshoot and resolve test issues and identify problems for the engineering team
· Document all test results to prepare for the engineering team review
· Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop production test solutions
Qualifications:
· BSEE and 5 years of industry experience, MSEE with 3 years of industry experienced, or PhD in Electrical Engineering (required)
· Experience in RF/mmWave test (S-parameters, IIP3, Noise Figure, etc)
· Proficient in Python, MATLAB / test equipment automation
· Experience with SPI/I2C digital interface designs
· Strong team player mindset, driven to overcome design challenges, learn and succeed
· Willing to learn, grow, and lead in the application and test automation for RF components
· U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder (required)
