What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server / Otaku Ramen Gulch position at OTAKU RAMEN?
COMPENSATION: Server wage tips (average $100-150 in tips per day)
Otaku Ramen is seeking great people to join our GULCH location. The Otaku teams are fun, energetic, and tight knit. We serve ramen, and "fun, fast, loud hospitality." Hard work and fun go together at Otaku restaurants.

Qualifications: flexible hours (nights, weekends), responsible, dependable, basic math skills, clean and professional appearance, familiar with and able to use POS systems.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Reports to work on time and ready to work scheduled shift.
- Follow all steps of service.
- Know descriptions and ingredients of all menu items
- Know drinks names, ingredients, method of preparation, appropriate glassware, and garnishes.
- Sell menu items with goal of increasing overall sales.
- Serve beverages and food in a cheerful and efficient manner.
- Ensure that service station is properly stocked.
- Complete all posted side work.
- Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with co-workers & guests.
- Provide prompt, accurate report of all income received during shift.
- Maintain a clean, orderly appearance of the restaurant service area.
- Assists/execute any and all tasks as assigned by supervisor.
- Follow all proper sanitation guidelines.
