About Us:
OT Works 4 Kidz is a well-established private pediatric therapy clinic proudly serving children and families throughout Southern New Hampshire since 2007. Our team provides high-quality occupational and speech therapy services to children from birth through age 18 with a wide range of developmental delays, disabilities, and therapeutic needs.
At OT Works 4 Kidz, we believe in the power of play. Through engaging, child-centered treatment, we partner with families to help children build the skills they need to succeed at home, in school, and in the community.
Therapy takes place in our custom-designed 6,000 square foot pediatric clinic, created to support creativity, movement, sensory exploration, and meaningful therapeutic experiences.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our pediatric therapy team beginning Summer 2026.
This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working collaboratively, thinking creatively, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.
Full-time, as well as part-time, and per diem opportunities may be available.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs
- Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based and play-based interventions
- Collaborate with families, teachers, physicians, and other professionals involved in the child’s care
- Maintain timely documentation and progress reporting
- Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration within our clinic team
Populations Served:
Our therapists work with children presenting with a variety of diagnoses and needs, including but not limited to:
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Sensory processing differences
- ADHD
- Fine and gross motor delays
- Feeding challenges
- Self-regulation and emotional regulation needs
- Developmental delays
- Speech and language delays

Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Hampshire, or license in process
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
