Alternate Project Manager
SUMMARY/SCOPE
OTTS is seeking an Alternate Project Manager to support the Project Manager in completing the work required. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:
· In the absence of the Project Manager, represent the Contractor in all matters related to providing on-site services.
· Meet with Government personnel on site as needed.
· Assist the Project Manager in reviewing documents to include quality control plan, safety program, property inventory list, risk and contingency plan and environmental management plan.
· Coordinate all day to day operational requirements and works with subcontractors; ensure the completion of reports to include invoicing, employee (role player) schedules, cleaning log, vehicle accident reporting.
· Adhere to company policies and guidelines; comply with all governmental security policies and procedures on training site.
Qualifications:
· Minimum three (3) consecutive years within the last five (5) years management or supervisory experience in related field of comparable magnitude (management, administrative staff and 100 part time employees), law enforcement experience is highly desired.
· Ability to pass a background check and preemployment drug screen, DOD Security clearance preferred.
· Ability to work normal duty hours (6:30 am to 6:00 pm).
· High School diploma or GED
· US Citizen or ability to work in United States
· Degree desired
