As our Sales & Business Development Representative, you will:
· Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the gourmet food, luxury gift, wine & spirits and high-end catering sectors.
· Engage with potential clients to understand their unique branding and packaging needs for premium products.
· Showcase OT-Packaging's custom capabilities, emphasizing our commitment to design excellence and sustainable materials.
· Be directly responsible for securing orders and achieving sales targets for our premium packaging solutions.
· Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach, networking, and market research.
· Provide dedicated support to clients throughout their journey, from initial concept to post-delivery follow-up.
· Collaborate closely with our design and production teams to ensure seamless client solutions from concept to delivery.
· Represent OT-Packaging at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
We're looking for someone who brings:
· Proven experience (3 years) in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the packaging industry (especially premium or custom packaging), OR within the gourmet food, luxury gift, or high-end hospitality/catering industries.
· A strong understanding of branding and marketing principles, particularly how premium packaging drives perceived value and customer experience.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to exceed targets.
· Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
· A genuine interest in sustainable solutions and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
