Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email. We average 15 emails daily.
- Assist customers with product information and pricing.
- Complete small jobs while the customer waits.
- Create jobs and estimates with Printsmith Vision, our print management system.
- Complete sales transactions with QuickBooks.
- Ensure jobs are print-ready by comparing the customer's file to their requested specifications and making minor adjustments as necessary with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Impose print-ready files for digital printing.
- Contact the customer when their order is ready.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
Skills
- Understanding of the print industry.
- Ability to understand and learn Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with customers and co-workers.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems efficiently.
- Positive attitude toward people and situations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details.
- Experience with a cash register.
- At least five years experience working in customer service.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
