Exciting new role for our company that is growing!! We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage our social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that grow our followers, engage and retain them, and help convert them into leads, guests, and active fans and promotors of our company.
You should have command of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a digital audience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media posts
- Schedule and publish posts on a regular basis
- Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies
- Utilize digital marketing techniques to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the company's website
- Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and clarity
- Capture and edit photos and videos for use on social media platforms
- Monitor social media analytics to track the effectiveness of campaigns
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or company
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles
- Proficient in video editing software and photography tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills
- Ability to research industry trends and apply them to social media strategies
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
