Oswald's Pharmacy has been serving the Naperville community since 1875. We're a sixth-generation, family-owned independent pharmacy looking for a community pharmacist to join our team part-time.

Responsibilities
- Accurately dispense prescriptions and verify medications for safety and accuracy.
- Provide patient counseling, medication guidance, and excellent customer service.
- Administer immunizations and support other clinical pharmacy services.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
- Maintain accurate prescription records and comply with applicable pharmacy laws and regulations.
- Help create a welcoming, professional environment where patients feel valued and cared for.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Illinois pharmacist license required.
- Community or retail pharmacy experience strongly preferred, ideally 3 or more years.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and patient counseling.
- Experience administering immunizations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working in a busy pharmacy environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
- Friendly, dependable, patient-focused, and willing to work as part of a team.
Schedule & Compensation
Part-time position with a schedule based on pharmacy needs and candidate availability.
$50.00-$62.00 per hour, depending on experience.
