Job Title: Post Doctoral Researcher Department: Medicine | IM General Internal Medicine Post Doctoral Researcher to pursue independent and specialized research training and experience under the guidance of a scientific mentor in the Division of General Internal Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine; collaborates with Principal Investigators (PIs) on research investigating topics related to general internal medicine, dissemination and implementation science, and/or economic evaluation; prepares oral presentations for national and international scientific conferences, workshops, and seminars; writes and submits manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals; seeks opportunities for external funding and supports development of research proposals for submission; participants as appropriate in new research grant submissions; develop projects, collects data, and conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis in new research projects designed as pilot work for new grant submissions; participates in bi-monthly research team meetings to coordinate ongoing and new research projects; participates in training and oversight of students; additional duties may be assigned based on needs of ongoing and new research projects..
