Cowboy Dining supports Oklahoma State University Athletics by providing foodservice to student-athletes and athletic staff. Cowboy Dining also provides quality foodservice to fans in the premium levels of Boone Pickens Stadium, Neal Patterson Stadium, Gallagher-Iba Arena and O’Brate Stadium during sporting events.
Cowboy Dining is looking for a business manager to support our operations. The responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Responsible for all business operation duties including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and sales tax reporting

Assist with the processing of vendor invoices for payment

Provide technical direction, guidance & information to all employees with respect to human resource functions: including payroll, employment records, benefits programs, and workplace compliance

Administer & maintain all applicable personnel & human resource records

Develop, administer and maintain policies to ensure accurate and efficient processing of employee payroll and time records

Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis as required & directed by the Director and all applicable governmental agencies

Responsible for monitoring the petty cash account

Supervise part-time office staff
-
Coordinate and perform a variety of administrative and operational support duties

Game-day responsibilities as needed.

Preferred education, experience and skills include:

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

2-3 years of previous experience in similar position

Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with a high level of quality and productivity

Experience with accounting software

Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel and Outlook

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

High degree of flexibility, professionalism and confidentiality

Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, make independent decisions and deal with new tasks without benefit of written procedures
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
