Business Assistant

• Business assistant in hospitality/ property management.
• No experience in hospitality needed, just someone personable and friendly.
• Most of the job is visiting properties, some of the job is remote computer work.
• All the properties are in Kalispell, Whitefish and Columbia Falls.
• You will never be bored, this job requires you to think.
• If you like staying busy, being on the go and not being managed, this is the job for you. I don't micro-manage my assistant, if you see a problem then you fix it. I am here to help you and looking for someone that is independent and intelligent.
• I am looking for a personal assistant to help me run a few small businesses. I own a small car rental company, several vacation rentals, a few long term residential rentals and a start up. I am also actively working to buy more vacation rentals so there will be growth. Skills needed are customer service skills, ideally experience in hospitality, ability to multi-task well, good with time management and a self starter. All of my businesses are in Kalispell, Columbia Falls and Whitefish, MT. Most of the job would be running around to properties to meet renters, customers, tradesmen, etc and there is some remote work on the phone and computer. You will need to work with many other employees and independent contractors. My past assistants have went on to manage a large apartment buildings. I was heartbroken to loose them but proud of them.
