Experienced Carpenter – Residential Construction
Ostrander Construction Services (OCS) is seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our growing team. We specialize in residential remodeling, decks, additions, fencing, exterior renovations, and general construction throughout the Front Range of Colorado.
Responsibilities:
- Perform residential carpentry work including framing, decking, fencing, siding, trim, and remodeling projects
- Read and follow project plans and specifications
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Complete daily job logs and progress photos
- Communicate professionally with team members and customers
- Use Buildertrend for time tracking and project updates
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of carpentry or residential construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of framing, finish carpentry, and general construction practices
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Own basic hand tools
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and positive attitude
