Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your exceptional customer service skills will be essential in managing reservations, greeting guests, and coordinating seating arrangements.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize dining flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, including the host stand.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize POS systems
- Assist in maintaining guest relations by providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Resy, is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
