What does the manager do?
Directs daily operations:
- Ensures clients feel like valued family members in our center
- Meets, at the highest level, the needs of members
- Coaches members through osteogenic loading sessions
- Educates members continually to internalize what benefits they can expect
- Directs scheduling and staffing (gets the job done!)
- Answers phone, text, email, google, Facebook, Instagram, and other inquiries immediately when able, always within an hour, but never at the expense of a member in the center
- Directs social media efforts to express our fun nature
- Keeps all our machines, hardware, and software running smoothly
Sales
- Develops relationships with key influencers (doctors, chiropractors, etc)
- Follows up with leads to nurture sales
- Conducts introductory tours and presentations
Weekly and Monthly
- In coordination with the owner, develop strategic offers, events, and initiatives to bring new members and excite and amaze existing members
- Update in-center slide shows for info and marketing emphasis
- Ensures the Member Results Wall is updated (and celebrate successes!)
Intermittently:
- Attends networking events/groups
- Attends fairs, markets or other opportunities to meet potential customers
- Visits other OsteoStrongs when possible to gain new insights

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
