Wellness Coach and Membership Sales

Part Time 15-20 hours a week. MUST be able to work Saturdays 8:30am-12:30pm. Hourly Base Pay plus Commission and Bonus Potential.

Job description:

Help people build a strong skeletal system and invest in their overall health and wellness.

We are looking for a positive, outgoing and engaging fitness Coach who is interested in working with our members to improve their health while educating prospective members on the benefits of bone health, and balance and strength improvement.

As a Coach at OsteoStrong, you will be is responsible for providing the following:

· A safe, fun, and engaging experience for our members.

· Guiding our members through each of the different exercise machines and complementary modalities. Must have

• Strong understanding of anatomy and the mind–muscle connection

· Educating our members on the technology and science of the machines.

The Coach role supports our belief in improving a person's quality of life, and the belief that every human being's personal health goals deserve to be seen and valued.

In addition to this, Coaches, in partnership with the Center Manager, are responsible for maintaining and increasing our membership base.

Roles and Responsibilities related to Membership Sales:

· Responsible for the promotion of our proprietary bone/muscle strengthening system as well as multiple healing, immunity, and recovery services.

· Guide informativel tours to prospective and new members through our established system.

· Encourage and ensure our prospects and members are motivated to obtain desired results.

· Responsible for closing new membership sales.

· Assists in building the OsteoStrong membership through client referrals, renewals and enrolling new clients weekly.

· Schedules and completes client record keeping according to standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:

· Gym/fitness center/yoga or Pilates studio business experience.

· Health and wellness background.

· People person, empathetic, very friendly, outgoing and professional.

· Strong sales aptitude.

· Previous experience in a customer service role.

· Previous experience in a sales role.

· Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.

· Must be a team player as well as have the ability to work independently.

· Minimum High School diploma/GED equivalent required.

· Fitness certifications a plus.

· Must be 18 years of age or older.

· Must be able to move and/or lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs.
