This position will be supporting an independent Financial Advisor with 25 years of experience who finds satisfaction in educating clients and empowering them to pursue their goals and live their financial dreams. He and his team firmly believe that becoming a partner in their client’s lives will help them find the strategies to achieve financial independence.
- Prepare Financial Plans Through eMoney
- Process new account paperwork
- Resolve routine and complex client service issues in a thorough and expeditious manner, utilizing sound judgment with an emphasis on courtesy and communication
- Leading weekly team meetings
- Heavy client interaction
- Working with firm’s trader for performing trade, rebalancing, and distribution requests
- Track and manage all aspects of asset movement
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of, and interact with, the multiple investment management platforms
- Maintain strong working relationship with financial planning team
- Keep the practice up to date on all compliance activities
- Manage onboarding process with new clients including communication
- Coordinate activities with firms’ service team regarding specific tasks
- Manage team’s client data base systems/CRM (Redtail)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Series 7 & 66 & 6 & 63 Licenses
- 3 years of experience in financial services support or operations role.
- CFP designation
- Familiarity with LPL's platform, Albridge Solutions, eMoney, DocuSign, Excel Spreadsheets are a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ideal candidate is extremely well organized and detail oriented.
- Must be client-oriented and eager to provide great customer service.
- This person must be a team player, and able to work well with the firms’ general service team.
The Ostenberg Team is looking for a full-time, high caliber assistant for a top producing Advisor. In this role you will be the "gatekeeper" for the practice and interface with the Advisor, Clients, Financial Planning and New Business Departments.
Your daily tasks will include, but not limited to: Calendar Management, email review, travel planning, client meeting and seminar scheduling. Be fully capable of doing new client applications and ongoing forms, preparing client reports, working within our CRM Redtail), fully knowledgeable in working within eMoney and running Financial Plans, LPL platforms and other systems. Responsible for taking sell orders from clients and money movement requests. Work as a partnership, team member in the practice's team; you would be part of a 3 person Executive Assistant team that would provide back up for each other, dividing daily tasks.
Experience needed. Series 6, 63 and life license. Ideally Series 7 and 65 as well.
Needs to have Strong Interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail with paperwork, follow deadlines, be able to follow up on open tasks to have them completed in a timely manner, know MS Office 360, strong Excel Skills, familiarity with LPL platform, Redtail, Albridge Reporting, eMoney, Docusign, Adobe, Excel. Candidate should have had time in the Financial Services Industry, trainable, with a Bachelor's Degree or substantial years of service in the industry.
