What are the responsibilities and job description for the Red Cyber Operator (Required Active TS/SCI ) position at OST Inc?
Must Have:
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Must pass the DCART Operator Aptitude Test prior to onboarding.
- Hold a valid IAT Level III certification, such as:
- CISSP, CASP CE, CCNP Security, or CISA
- Ability to meet apprentice-level requirements in the DCART Operator Training Program within prescribed timelines
- Hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
- Cyber red team operations.
- Offensive cyber operations.
- Penetration testing / exploit development.
Desired Experience & Certifications:
- 2 years of offensive cyber, DoD red team, or corporate red team experience.
- Formal red team training such as RTAC, RTJC, or CRTO.
- Advanced certs: OSCP, GXPN, GPEN, GWAPT, ROPS, or similar.
- Expertise in:
- Antivirus/EDR evasion.
- Offensive infrastructure development.
- Phishing & social engineering campaigns.
- Penetration testing of critical infrastructure, IoT, and wireless systems.
