Job Summary: To inspire and prepare each and every scholar with the confidence, courage, and competence to achieve their dreams; contribute to community, and engage in a lifetime of learning. Plan, guide, evaluate, and revise MTSS academic interventions including training staff in the delivery of academic interventions, monitoring the fidelity of intervention instruction, and monitoring scholar data to identify those in need of additional academic support; serve as a team member to support MTSS social-emotional intervention; support staff in meeting the academic needs of scholars including facilitating and supporting PLTs in analyzing assessment results and making instructional decisions, assist with the implementation of culturally responsive teaching strategies, facilitate teacher collaboration and observation of peers, and provide professional learning; work directly with scholars including conducting individual assessments and writing and implementing individual scholar goals and objectives; make appropriate and equitable use of instructional resources and technologies; implement the goals and objectives of the district and the school and/or program for which employed; serve as the lead for all aspects of standardized testing; provide in-person, synchronous, and asynchronous learning and support when applicable; participate in district, building, and department leadership activities. Ability to be flexible with work hours to meet the needs of building and district at the discretion of the supervisor.
