Technical Trainer
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver training courses for both internal teams and customers, with a focus on the Americas region (US, Canada, Brazil, Mexico):
- Define, organize, and/or conduct technical training programs.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training materials and the training portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Customer Service Centers (CSC), R&D, Engineering, Service, and Materials to execute training courses.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy in close cooperation with Sales, Service, Product Management, R&D, CSC, and Engineering to support business growth.
- Drive business development activities related to training and contribute to growth.
- Manage the P&L for Technical Training in the Americas region.
- Ensure the continuous improvement of training offerings to align with customer needs and market requirements.
- Support Sales by identifying and addressing customer training requirements.
- Promote and develop digital training solutions, including e-learning and hybrid training formats.
- Closely collaborate with Technical Training in Switzerland.
Your Profile:
- Very experienced in Thermal Spray Technology and/or Surface Technology
- Solid skills in developing training offerings and management and/or execution of the same
- Strong personality with very good communication skills
- Exceptional customer and service orientation as well as technology savvy with high problem solving skills
- Experienced in international and cross-cultural business environment
- Integrative personality and good organizing skills
- Open personality with positive and supportive mindset
