We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee operations at our facility. Duties
- Supervise daily operations and ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
- Monitor surveillance systems (CCTV) to maintain site security and respond to incidents as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks or breaches.
- Manage and train security personnel, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills for their roles.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage to property.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, applying first aid or CPR as needed until professional help arrives.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required, maintaining effective communication regarding site security issues.
- Handle conflict management situations with professionalism and tact, de-escalating tensions as they arise.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within security or law enforcement settings is preferred.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is essential.
- Certification in first aid and CPR is highly desirable.
- Military experience is a plus, demonstrating discipline and leadership capabilities.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and external agencies.
