Primary Shifts: Daylight and Afternoon Shifts (Saturday–Sunday)We are seeking a dependable and professional Part-Time Security Officer to join our team at a safety-conscious industrial facility. Candidates should be comfortable working independently while maintaining a professional presence and strong attention to safety and security procedures.Primary Responsibilities
- Control access at facility gates by verifying employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries
- Conduct routine mobile and foot patrols throughout the facility
- Greet visitors and provide directions or assistance as needed
- Monitor for safety, security, or operational concerns and report issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation
- Help maintain a safe and professional environment for employees, contractors, and visitors
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must possess CPR/AED and First Aid certification or be willing to obtain certification after hire
- Weekend availability is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security, military, law enforcement, or industrial experience
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or warehouse environments
Additional Information
- Open availability is preferred, but weekend availability required.
- 8–12-hour shifts
- Primary need is for daylight and afternoon weekend coverage
- 16-32 hours per week, based on availability.
- Site-specific training will be provided
